Sunday: 3.15 miles

Monday: REST

Tuesday: 2.66 miles

Wednesday: 3.67 miles

Thursday: Cross train

Friday: REST

Saturday: 6.31 MILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a really good week. I tried warming up for a mile with a combination of walking a half mile and then jogging a half mile, followed by stretching and THEN doing my regular run - and I avoided all aches and soreness. From now on, I'll be doing that. Saved me from a few Aleve. : )
