My second week of training came and went!


July 4 - 10, 2010

Sunday: REST

Monday: 2.89 miles, RW

Tuesday: 2.76 miles, RW

Wednesday: 2.85 miles, RW

Thursday: Swam

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 2 miles, walked most of it

Somewhere toward the end of the week, I developed a cold. My head was stuffy, my nose was plugged and breathing was difficult. I got better, however, and was still able to complete all the work outs.
